Risk Management

Trinity Inspection Services’ centralized professional risk management staff reviews all of our reports. Our risk department’s manager, a former builder, has extensive experience – including working with local permitting and code enforcement officials as well as creating energy efficiency compliance for EnergyStar™ homes. He also serves as a consultant for various customer and borrower construction loan issues – even if a competitor or independent inspector completed the inspection.

Every member of our staff, including the CEO, CFO, CTO, schedulers, account managers and administrators, have experience as draw inspectors. This level of unmatched experience allows us to understand what our field inspectors experience every day and how to make the draw inspection process the very best in the industry. Having walked in the shoes of an inspector, our staff can also address, with ease, any inspection issues with our customers’ borrowers or builders.

Additionally, there are those VIP projects that require our Risk Management team to be directly involved (on-site) with a project, especially with a nonperforming asset. Our team’s extensive experience and hands-on construction knowledge allows them to serve as a subject matter expert for our clients.
